Manage OTA channel accounts
Create and review platform account metadata, status, and sensitive-field boundaries.
Sign in and select a project from the OTA dashboard, then choose OTA Accounts from its menu. You need account read access to see this area; create, update, and archive are separate permissions. Read about OTA channels, platforms, and accounts before adding a record.
Add an account record
On an active project, if permitted to create accounts, select Add account:
- Choose a Platform from the catalog (for example, Booking.com or Agoda) and enter a Display name to help your team identify the record.
- Optionally add the External property ID, a safe HTTP(S) account URL, and the person responsible. Choose Pending setup, Active, or Suspended as appropriate.
- Review the information and select Save account. This is operational metadata; it does not create an account at the external platform or sync bookings or rates.
If the platform catalog is unavailable, existing accounts may still be readable but creating or editing may be restricted. Do not put credentials in the URL or internal notes.
View, search, and update
The list supports search by display name, property ID, or platform name; platform/status filters; sorting; and pagination. Select View for details, Edit when you have update access, or Archive to retain a historical record instead of actively managing it. An archived account is read-only; archived projects also allow only historical viewing.
Restricted identity fields (username/email and OTP phone/email hints) are shown only as masked values. When editing, leave the input blank to preserve the existing value, enter a new value to replace it, or select Clear current value to remove it. Do not try to infer the original value from its mask. If the record changes while you are editing, review the reloaded version before saving again.
Security boundary
This screen may show whether a password or PIN is configured, but it does not let you enter, reveal, or copy passwords, PINs, or OTP codes. Do not send them through docs, public links, or notes; secret management belongs to a separate secure workflow. A channel record does not demonstrate an automatic connection or synchronization with an external platform.
