OTA workspace concepts
Organizations, projects, rooms, pricing, bookings, availability, workspace operations, Finance, and reports.
A project brings together work for one accommodation property. It belongs to a WorkCloud organization; members do not automatically have access to every project. To begin, read how to prepare an organization and create a project.

For example, a project may contain a “Double room”, a “Breakfast included” Rate Plan, and a rate for a particular date range. An Agoda Promotion may apply only to that channel. This is not an actual selling price: final outcomes depend on rate version state, promotion eligibility, channel, and dates. These records alone do not establish a transaction or revenue.
